Life at Woodcreek reaches far beyond the classroom, where clubs and sport broaden interests, develop talents and encourage every student to take on new challenges.
Some activities are open to the whole school; others are tailored to particular ages, so there is something for everyone, whatever their interest, while building the friendships and character that last a lifetime.
Every student belongs to at least one club of their choice, and sport is an integral part of the life of the Woodcreek child. Together they give our young people the chance to lead, compete, create and serve, alongside friends who share their interests.
Sport
Our sports programme is founded on fun, positive experiences in skill acquisition and physical literacy. Experienced, passionate coaches create welcoming, inclusive spaces and a culture that values healthy habits and personal achievement, for wellbeing and performance that last a lifetime.
Delivered co-educationally, sport builds leadership, teamwork, resilience and confidence, with opportunities for whole-of-school participation as well as high-performing teams.
Clubs & activities
Clubs are open to all pupils, and every student belongs to at least one of their choice. Each is run by a patron and a team of passionate teachers, with a student leadership structure that gives our young people real responsibility.
Clubs also look outward, engaging with others who share their mandate beyond our gates, with at least one out-of-campus engagement each term.
What our clubs offer
A universal game, knowing no boundaries of age, gender, faith, ethnicity or disability, that promotes problem solving, logical thinking, pattern recognition and concentration.
Our spaces
From well-equipped laboratories and libraries to the pool, courts and playing fields, our facilities give every student room to learn, create, compete and grow.
Well-equipped labs for biology, chemistry and physics, where students explore, experiment and discover.
