Field trips and outings are an integral part of learning at Woodcreek, where experiential learning brings the curriculum to life.
Trips reinforce what happens in the classroom, engage students in real-life projects, develop social skills and offer exposure to new environments that spark curiosity.
And they are fun. Trips allow children to bond with classmates in new ways and gain fresh perspectives on people and places. Our teachers plan outings that support learning across the curriculum: most are local and take place during school hours, while some are overnight adventures for our secondary students.
